I'm Francesco Convertini, a full-stack developer and AI trainer based in Acquaviva delle Fonti, near Bari, Italy. I've been building websites and web applications for years; more recently I added a second craft — helping people and teams use artificial intelligence with method rather than guesswork.

I hold three official certifications issued by Anthropic Academy, developed with university faculty (University College Cork, Ringling College) and built on the 4D framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence):
Claude 101 — foundations of practical, effective use of Claude
AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations — a structured methodology for critical, informed AI use — not just "prompting by feel"
Teaching AI Fluency — qualified to teach and assess AI Fluency in instructor-led settings
In practice, this means that when I bring AI into a project — or teach it to a team — it's backed by a verifiable, recognized methodology, not just enthusiasm.
