Problem
A cultural nonprofit with a site already online, but one that had come together almost by accident: a downloaded theme published with no real strategy behind it, slow and awkward to update for whoever had to share the association's activities every day.
Solution
A full WordPress redesign with a custom theme built from scratch, delivered as an active member of the association: content structure planned together with the people who actually use it, clean and essential design, training to make the association self-sufficient with updates.
Result
A new site in about six weeks — faster, clearer, and run independently by the association: a solid reference point to show members and institutions.
